Netherclay Home Care is committed to providing value for money within the setting of a comprehensive, caring service.
We will invoice you monthly in areas. Your invoice will show the days you received our service, the amount you received and the cost.
We can provide you with weekly or monthly reports detailing who came to visit, when they arrived, when they left and how long they stayed.
If you have chosen the optional signature capture facility we will also provide you with images of the signature received confirming visits.
Arrangements through a Social Worker: Direct Payments, Personal Budgets and Individual Service Funds
Social Service are able to give you the money to arrange your own care and support.
A Social Worker will assess with you what you need and tell you how much money is available to help you meet your needs. Everyone eligible for financial support will be given a Direct Payment, Personal Budget or Individual Service Fund.
With the money you are given you can either arrange and pay for your care and support yourself or Social Services will manage this for you or arrange for us to manage your care arrangements on your behalf.

NHS funding: Continuing Health Care
We provide support through NHS Continuing Health Care funding available to people with assessed health care needs.
We will invoice the NHS for your care and support.
