We are delighted to announce that Investors in People (IIP) recently visited Netherclay Home Care and we achieved the Investors in People Accreditation. Netherclay Home Care have now held the certificate since 2002.
IIP started off as a government project, but is now a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. IIP provides standards for managing people and accredits organisations for meeting those standards.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff for their contribution and dedication.
IIP accreditation lasts for the next three years, but this is not the time for us to relax – we are committed to continual improvement. We will take on board suggestions made by IIP in our report and act on them.
Alongside care for our clients, the well-being and development of our staff is a top priority.
With this in mind, we have opened up three new roles: two staff Staff Support Leads and a Late Cover Team Manager.
All three jobs will work across all of our services – NHC, Chelston Gardens and Park.
The Late Cover Team will provide staff for late notice cover. That means you’ll work alongside the same team of carers who know the buildings and the routines and have the experience and skills necessary to deliver effective care in each one of our care settings.
